Student Loan Advocacy

She believes that banks have committed, and continue to commit, fraud against the American people.

This fraud is perpetrated by the use of predatory loans, robo-signed documents to support foreclosures, and hiding behind securitized documents to obfuscate and confuse their victims.

Thomas Jefferson said it best:

”If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered. I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs.”

Career and Education

Highlights of Michelle’s career include representing clients at the Legal Aid Society, and acting as Lead Litigator in the State of New Jersey representing a National Creditor Law firm.
